GRASS-STARTED, GRAIN FINISHED
We are dedicated to ethical and humane ranching practices. We raise Black Angus Cattle, a breed that is sought after for its tenderness, flavor and marbling. Our cattle are grass started and grain finished. This dual approach allows us to provide a balanced diet that results in high quality, tender and flavorful meat.

BUTCHERING PROCESS
We partenered with I.O. Ranch Processing in Evant, Texas to butcher our Beef. IO is known for its commitment to quality and adherence to strict standards. Our beef is USDA-inspected when processed in this facility, which means it meets the safety and quality standards set by the United States Department of Agriculture.

AGING PROCESS
We dry age our cattle for 21 days prior to packaging, which intensifies the rich flavor and facilitates unmatched tenderness. Dry aging is considered the pinnacle for flavor development, but it requires patience, space, and careful handling. Just like fine wine, our beef gets better with age!
